Treasure Kids

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on the Treasure Kids website (https://www.treasurekidsshop.com), as well as on third-party platforms such as Amazon and Walmart. They constitute an agreement between Treasure Kids and the customer, and apply to all orders placed on our website or through our authorized retailers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

All products sold by Treasure Kids are toys and accessories for children. They are described in detail on our website, including their features and prices. We are committed to offering quality products that comply with applicable standards.
Products available for sale may be modified at any time without notice. However, any confirmed order will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of purchase

2. Orders

All orders placed on the Treasure Kids website require acceptance of these terms. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute a sales contract, but a simple acknowledgment of the order. The sales contract is finalized when payment is confirmed and the product is shipped.
Treasure Kids reserves the right to refuse an order for any legal reason, in case of a previous dispute with a customer, or if the product is out of stock.

3. Prices

Product prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD), depending on your shipping country. Prices include applicable taxes (based on your province or state). Shipping fees are calculated separately and added to the total during checkout.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, price changes do not apply to orders that have already been placed.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Any unpaid order within the required timeframe will be automatically canceled.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location. We offer standard and expedited shipping options, depending on availability.
Treasure Kids is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, customs issues).

6. Returns and Exchanges

Exchange or refund: In case of a defective product, we prioritize exchange. However, a refund is possible under specific conditions, especially if a replacement product is unavailable.
Returns: Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products, within 30 days of receiving your order.

7. Warranty

All our products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or accidents. If a defective product is returned under this warranty, it will be exchanged or replaced.

8. Liability

Treasure Kids shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of purchased products, including but not limited to loss of profit or personal injury. Treasure Kids’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
